What a difference a day makes. After record high temperatures on March 1, high winds and colder temperatures are impacting many in CNY. A record high temp of 68 was set on Wednesday. Thursday morning, more than 21,000 National Grid customers were without power, due to downed wires, as temperatures dropped into the 20's. A few schools were also delayed. The forecast remains cold into the weekend.
