Auburn Police have caught up with a suspect who made sexual advances on a woman and when she refused, he assaulted her, by punching her in the face several times.
A friend called 911 for the victim and she was able to give police a good description of the suspect. Cops caught up with Brandon Tape a short time after the incident. Here's Auburn Detective Chris Cooper. When police conducted a pat-down search of Tape, they found a loaded handgun in his coat.
That handgun had one round in the chamber. He's been charged with gun-related felonies and with forcible touching.
