Utica Police are looking for a missing woman who's described as having limited abilities.. They're looking for 20 year old Tonei Suarez.
Police say she escaped through a bedroom window at her Armory Drive home at about 6:30 this morning.
City Police are asking folks in that neighborhood to check thier garages, sheds or backyards for any sign of the woman. It's believed that Suarez has family in the Syracuse area.Anyone with information on her whereabouts is being asked to contact Utica Police at 735-3301.
