State Police have arrested a Mexico teeenager on a First Degree Rape charge.
19 year old Dakota Bertges was taken into custody after an incident in the Town of Parish where a sexual abuse complaint was investigated.Troopers say Bertges had sexual intercourse with a victim under the age of 13.
He was arraigned in Town of Parish court and he's being held on 25 thousand dollars bail.
