A Liverpool man has been arrested by State Police after troopers say he was traveling the wrong way on Interstate 481 and had a blood alcohol content of nearly three times the legal limit.
29 year old Patrick Quinn was spotted near the Onondaga County line traveling northbound in the southbound lane. 911 then reported more calls from other drivers who were being run off the road because of Quinn's driving. Troopers were able to set up a U-turn near the City of Fulton and was able to get the driver to stop.
Quinn has been charged with Aggravated DWI and his blood alcohol content was at a .21, nearly three times the legal limit.
