A Hannibal man has been nabbed on drunk driving charges and driving without a license.State Police say they pulled over 40 year old Ronald Bacon on Interstate 690 in Lysander for operating his car with a suspended registration.
When they interviewed Bacon, they also determined he was driving without a license and the car wasn't insured. Cops also determined that Bacon was loaded behind the wheel of his car.He's now been charged with a felony count of aggravated unlicensed operation and several other misdemeanors like drunk driving.
