An Oswego County nurse is facing charges for allegedly committing a sex act with a patient. Watertown Police say Daniel Glazier was arrested this week for actions last year at Samaritan Medical Center. The victim was a man under Glazier's care. State law says a patient is unable to consent if a sexual act happens during a treatment session with a healthcare provider. Glazier is released on bail until his next court date.
