Authorities have removed five children from a Seneca County home after police conducting a drug raid found the family living in deplorable conditions.The Seneca County Sheriff's Office raided the home Tuesday in the village of Lodi.
Deputies found heroin and evidence of drug dealing at the home, which they described as filthy with trash and feces.Five children ranging in age from 5 to 10 were placed with Child Protective Services.Their mother was charged with drug possession and endangering the welfare of a child. A man living there was also charged.
