CNY Felony Arrest From Domestic Incident

Town of Lee- According to Sheriff Robert M. Maciol; on 02/07/2017 at about 8:45pm the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Unit lodged a Warrant of Arrest against Cody S. Reed, age-17, of Lee for Criminal Contempt 1st Degree, a Class-E Felony. The Warrant of Arrest was lodged against Reed at the Oneida County Jail as he is currently being held on $250.00 Cash bail for Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree, a Class-A Misdemeanor. Both charges stem from a Domestic Incident that was investigated by the Oneida County Sheriff’s Road Patrol on 02/06/2017 at about 3:00pm on Lee Valley Rd in the Town of Lee. The investigating Deputy determined that Reed violated an order of protection when he threatened to kill the victim. Reed is due to be arraigned for the felony count in Lee Town Court on 02/08/2017.
