A Syracuse building is set to be demolished for apartments. Monday night, the city planning commission voted unanimously to tear down buildings on South Crouse Avenue that houses Chuck's Café, Funk 'n Waffles and the Orange Crate Brewing Company. The owners have agreed to sell their properties to make way for an eight story-building with apartments and retail stores.
