A Fairmount boy is getting $50,000 from a settlement with Dunkin' Donuts. In 2011 a five-year-old boy ate a donut from a box of donuts that many said smelled like chemicals and subsequently developed facial tics and twitching. The settlement was agreed on more than five years after the incident. Many witnesses reported the foul smelling doughnuts but the cause remains a mystery.
