Sheriff's Deputies investigating a shooting early Monday morning on the ramp to Interstate 90 from southbound Interstate 81 in the town of Salina. Deputies found a male victim in his thirties, inside a vehicle, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to Upstate University Hospital with a life threatening injury.
