A Skaneateles bus driver is accused of sexually abusing a school student
Deputies say 41-year-old Scott Bennett of Mottville is charged with second-degree sex abuse, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child. School officials say the incident did not take place on a school bus or during school hours and that Bennett had been placed on leave by bus company First Student prior to his arrest. An order of protection will bar Bennett from contact with any student as well as the school district.
