Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse police say the two children who were abducted by their father from the Elmcrest Children's Center have been found safe and unharmed with family members.
Jaquan Joe Jr. and Shyle Lizan were located safe and sound this morning according to police.
Police are still searching for the Father Jaquan Joe Sr.
