Anthony Saccone's Sentencing Delayed Yet Again

Syracuse, N.Y. - Once again Anthony Saccone's sentencing has been changed. 

This morning Anthony Saccone was again in court this time with his new lawyer. 

His lawyer is from out of town and court was delayed almost 2 hours waiting for him to arrive. 

The judge after much conversation finally was able to come to an agreement with the new lawyer on a date for the sentencing. 

Saccone who admitted he was drunk and high when he crash into a car killing three young people was scheduled to be back in court the morning of October 30th for sentencing however the Onondaga County's DA's office requested that the the sentencing be moved to November 7th, that at the request of the victim's family.
