UPDATED 10/19/2018 3:09PM Saccone's Sentencing has been delayed again.
Syracuse, N.Y. - Anthony Saccone was in court today and he now has a new lawyer.
Saccones Lawyer is from out of town and this morning court was delayed about 2 hours waiting for him to arrive.
The judge after much conversation finally was able to come to an agreement with the new lawyer on a date for the sentencing.
Saccone who admitted he was drunk and high when he crash into a car killing three young people will be back in court the morning of October 30th for sentencing.
Saccone faces 10 to 30 years in state prison.
