A 14-year-old boy accused of brutally murdering an elderly woman earlier this year is seeking a lesser punishment.
Jahkim Robinson could spend the rest of his life behind bars if he's convicted of stabbing 84-year-old Eva Fuld to death at her Grant Avenue apartment in January. Robinson's lawyer will be filing paperwork soon that will ask the judge to consider factors such as age and life obstacles before potentially sentencing the teen to prison.
