Multiple stabbings overnight in Syracuse

Information Release from the Syracuse Police Department: ​

On Saturday, July 24th, 2021, at around 2:26 A.M., Officers responded to the 500 block of W. Seneca Turnpike for a stabbing call. Upon arrival, Officers located a 67-year-old male who was stabbed in the chest and arm. The victim was transported to the VA Hospital, where he is expected to survive. The investigation is active and ongoing; anyone with information is asked to call the Syracuse Police Department at (315) 442-5222. ​

Upon arrival, Officers located a 46-year-old male who was stabbed in his back while sitting in a vehicle in the same area. The victim is expected to survive.
