New information has been revealed about the man arrested in connection with a shooting that left a baby dead.
According to court documents, Chavez Ocasio owned the vehicle involved in Sunday's drive-by shooting that took the life of 11-month-old Dior Harris. Ocasio also spent 4 years behind bars for his role in a burglary, and had been charged for shooting a teen in the head back in 2014.
He also faces new charges after wiping his iPhone's data while being interviewed by police.
