Former Syracuse Mayor Nominated For USPS Position

Former Syracuse Mayor Roy Bernardi has been chosen for a position with the U.S. Postal Service.

President Trump has nominated the 78-year-old to fill one of four open spots on the agency's Postal Service Board of Governors. If confirmed by the Senate, Bernardi would make $30,000 a year in his new job. He served two terms as Syracuse mayor before leaving office.
