Clemson Snaps Syracuse's Win Streak

Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse saw their five game win streak come to an end last night dropping a nail-biter to Clemson.

Clyde Trapp made a game winning layup for the Tigers with 1.7 seconds left to defeat the Orange, 71-70. Tevin Mack had a monster double-double with 32 points and 10 rebounds. Coach Boeheim says that they did not have an answer for Mack and that was the difference in the game.

Trapp had 17 points and 9 rebounds for the Tigers. Elijah Hughes and Buddy Boeheim each registered 22 points for 'Cuse.

Up next, SU hosts No. 9 Duke Saturday. Tip-off is at 8 p.m. The game will air on ESPN.
