Trial Date In Schoharie Limo Crash Case Pushed Back

Schoharie, N.Y. - There's a new development in the criminal case against the man charged in connection with a deadly limousine crash.

Nauman Hussain will now be going on trial May 4th instead of March 9th. The decision was made yesterday after the judge met with Hussain's lawyer and Schoharie County DA Susan Mallery. Hussain was the operator of the limo that crashed in Schoharie in October 2018, killing 20 people including a SUNY Oswego professor.

He's pleaded not guilty to manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide charges
