Fulton, N.Y. - A small aircraft crashed in the city of Fulton, today.
It happened around 3:30 p.m. at N. 4th St. near Erie and Ontario Streets.
The pilot, 50-year-old Michael Simpson, was transported to Upstate with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police believe Simpson was trying to land on the highway when his plane lost power and he clipped a power pole.
