Oneida, N.Y. - State Police have arrested a man they say drove drunk with a child in his vehicle.
Troopers say 37-year-old Jarid Taciak crashed into a snowbank on Turin Road in Oneida on Sunday.
Taciak was found unconscious behind the wheel and the four-year-old wasn't properly secured in the seat. Taciak eventually woke up and started fighting the Troopers before being taken into custody. He's now facing several charges.
