Oneida County, N.Y. - Oneida County Sheriff's have arrested a Utica man and charged him with Sex Abuse in the 3rd Degree.
Members of the Utica Police Department Criminal Investigations Division and Oneida County Sheriff's Investigator arrested David E. Moody of Utica for Sex Abuse in the third degree and endangering the Welfare of a Child for an incident that occurred in the City of Utica involving a 15 year old Victim.
Moody was taken to Utica City lockup pending arraignment this afternoon.
An order of protection was requested for the Victim against Moody.
The Victim has been offered counseling services through the CAC.
