Arraignment Today For Five Charged In DeWitt Chilis Murder

Syracuse, N.Y. - The five people accused of playing a role the in the double murder of two DeWitt Chili's employees will be arraigned today.

William Wood Jr., was indicted a week ago on two counts of first-degree murder. He faces life in prison with no parole, if convicted.

The indictment indicates that Wood shot employees Kristopher Hicks and Stephen Gudknecht in the head in an execution-style murder during the robbery at the Erie Boulevard restaurant. 

Four others were arrested for their role. 

Ryan Brown is accused of lying through his teeth to cover-up his mother's involvement in getting Wood the gun he used.  Tracey Brown is accused of buying the gun from Jerome Pinkard. Ronald Green is the accused getaway driver.
