Anthony Saccone Scheduled For Sentencing

Syracuse, N.Y. - Anthony Saccone will be back in court today and could be sentenced.

Saccone has been trying to get out of a plea deal that he took. He admitted that he was drunk and high when he slammed into a car killing three young adults in February. He's tried to argue that he only took that deal because he was being held on a drunk driving charge which prosecutors couldn't ultimately prove.

Saccone's new lawyer has been filing petitions since he took on the case last month.  It is unclear, what legal maneuvers he may be trying ahead of today's sentencing.

Saccone faces 10 to 30 years behind bars.
