Paul Morgan Released From Prison

Syracuse, N.Y. - The former head of the CNY SPCA is out of prison.

Paul Morgan pleaded guilty just last year after admitting to stealing more than 600-thousand dollars from the animal rights organization to feed his gambling addiction.

He was sentenced last year in March to 4 to 12 years behind bars but was released after just 18-months.

Morgan is expected to try and pay back the money he stole.
