Judge Will Decide Whether Disgraced SU Frat Members Will Be Named

Syracuse, N.Y. - A judge is now deciding if Theta Tau members suing Syracuse University will be identified.

According to court documents, the students believe the school tried to label them as criminals to damage their reputations.

The now-expelled group made national headlines in April after a video surfaced showing pledges taking part in what the chancellor described as racist, anti-Semitic and homophobic behavior.

The students are asking for one million dollars each in damages.  There's no word on when a ruling will be announced.
