State Police in Marcy are investigating the theft of a 2009 homemade heavy-duty tilt bed boat trailer which was stolen from the Boy Scouts of America Leatherstocking Counsel property located at 12370 State Route 28 in the Town of Forestport, Oneida County sometime between May 5, 2018 and May 26, 2018.
