Vice President Mike Pence is making a stop in Syracuse Tuesday. He's speaking at a fundraising lunch for Republican Congressman John Katko, who is running for re-election. The $1,000 per plate, invitation-only event is happening at the Embassy Suites near Destiny USA. Second Lady Karen Pence is also in the city to visit Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital.
