Cicero, N.Y. - Onondaga County deputies are investigating an apparent drowning on Oneida Lake.
Deputies are only identifying the victim as a man in his 20s. They think he may have drowned after his kayak flipped over near the Aero Marina.
Deputies say the man drowned before they were able to get on scene.Dive teams were able to retrieve the body after a two-hour search.
