Thursday night around 8pm police conducted a traffic stop of BMW in the 1100 block of Spring Street.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 37 year old Aquil Hills of York , PA.
While interviewing the driver police noticed an unknown object under his shirt , in his waistband of his pants. Hills was found to be concealing a freezer bag containing $5,000 dollars. Police also found 22 grams of cocaine with a street value of $2,200.
Hills attempted to swallow some of drugs before police found them.
He was arrested and charged with 3 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence.
