Flooding forced more than 100-people are evacuated after serious flooding in Sylvan Beach. The flooding started early Saturday due to ice jams from rising waters and rescuers had to save about 20-people. An estimate of the damage hasn't been conducted yet.
Although the power is back, the ice and frigid temperatures have made it difficult for some to get back into their home.
