New York – A Top Clinton Aide and a disgraced New York Congressman are still getting divorced.
Huma Abedin's attorney is telling to NBC News that, despite reports the couple were calling off their divorce, Anthony Weiner and Abedin are settling their divorce "swiftly and privately" to protect their child
A friend of the Hillary Clinton aide adds, "She is most certainly divorcing him. That's not up for question." Abedin filed for divorce last May after Weiner plead guilty to sexting with a minor. He's currently serving two years in a Massachusetts federal prison.
