A Fulton man has been arrested after police say he tried to strangle someone during a domestic incident.
Sheriffs Deputies say 21 year old Zachary Janes of Fulton was charged after the domestic incident that occurred in the Town of Volney where he allegedly put his hands around the victim's neck along with smashing a pot in the home.
Janes was charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.He was issued an appearance ticket and he's back out on the street.
