Syracuse Teen Acquitted On A Murder Charge

A Syracuse teen has been acquitted today by a jury on murder charges. 17 year old Farod Mosley was charged with Second Degree Murder after 18 year old Jada Dame was stabbed to death in her apartment on Boyden Avenue last year.

After a two week trial, Mosleyy has been acquitted of the murder charge after the jury deliberated for about three hours. His defense attorney Charles Keller says there's another suspect in this case that city police will not investigate. Mosley though was convicted of petty larceny for stealing a 60 inch TV from the victim.

Dame was found in her bedroom in January of 2016 and she had been strangled and stabbed multiple times.
