There's been a second arrest today in the murder of a young Jefferson County man back in May.
State Police say 25 year old Sammy Brown of Philadelphia has been charged with Second Degree Murder after the shooting death of 20 year old Tyler Johnson on May 18th. He was gunned down in his own home that night. A Syracuse man has also been arrested in the case and charged with murder as well.
State Police say their investigation is still active and are looking for other suspects in the case.
