Cuomo Funding To Help Prevent Underage Drinking

A couple of Central New York colleges are getting money to prevent underage drinking and drug use. Governor Cuomo announced Monday that Onondaga Community College and Binghamton University will get up to $125,000 a year each for this initiative.  The money will target students ages 18 to 24.  Cuomo said the funding will work to prevent young people from making bad decisions with serious consequences.
