A man is recovering after he says he was stabbed by a woman. Syracuse police say the 20-year-old man was stabbed four times Sunday morning. The incident happened at what police are calling a large disturbance at a parking garage on South Franklin Street. Police say that anyone who might have been involved in the incident had left by the time they arrived.
