Town of Schroeppel, N.Y. - A Phoenix man is dead after an early morning crash Monday
Around 3:30 Oswego County Deputies say 66 year old Theodore Grader was driving on County route 57 in the Town of Schroeppel when he went off the road, down an embankment and overturned.
Grader was pronounced dead at the scene. He was the only one in the vehicle.
Deputies say poor weather and hazardous road conditions may were likely a contributing factor.
