Wampsville, N.Y. - A Bridgeport man who was already in jail, is in more trouble with the law:
Wednesday night just before midnight, Madison County Deputies were called to the County Jail regarding an inmate assaulting a Corrections Deputy with a weapon. 36 year old Sean Quinn allegedly assaulted the corrections deputy with a shaving razor, slashing the deputy's his arm.
He's facing the following charges:
1 count of Assault in the 2nd degree (Class D Felony)
• 1 count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th (Class A Misdemeanor)
Quinn was transferred back to the custody of the Madison County Jail, where he is awaiting arraignment in CAP court on the new charges.
