Syracuse, N.Y. - Three Syracuse teens have been arrested and charged in the death of their friend.
Court records say three 16 year olds and a 15 year old were traveling in the 200 block of Westmoreland Ave in a stolen vehicle the night of August 12th.
They began to fire several handguns at people outside the Parkside Commons Apartments as they drove by.
During the barrage of bullets one struck their backseat passenger,15 year old Deron McGee, in the head killing him.
All three teens are charged with 2nd degree murder and a gun crime.
