Fulton, N.Y. - A 15-year-old Fulton High School student has charged with attempted sexual assault on two of his classmates.
Fulton Police say back in May, the teen forcibly touched a 15-year-old girl in the morning and then in the afternoon, he tried to sexually assault a 16-year-old girl in a small room out of sight of security cameras. Both girls reported the incidents and after being confronted the boy confessed. His case will be handled in Family Court
The boy was arraigned on May 31 and charged:
- Forcible touching
- Two counts of endangering the welfare of a child
- Attempted criminal sex act in the first degree
- Unlawful imprisonment in the second degree
- Harassment in the second degree
