Watertown, N.Y. - An arrest has been made in a vehicle-buggy crash that killed two children:
On September 20th Jefferson County Sheriffs say 26 year old Charlene Kring was speeding and distracted when she slammed into a buggy on County Route 2, Town of Alexandria.
Two children ages 1 and 3 died from their injuries and four others in the buggy were injured.
Deputies are now charging Kring with two counts of Criminally Negligent Homicide.
Kring will be arraigned next month
