Man Threatens Former Co-Workers With Gun, Not His First Brush With The Law

Cicero, N.Y. - A man who has had previous trouble with the law, was arrested again for threating to shoot former co-workers.

28 year old Saio Barzee was arrested in 2012 for robberies, stealing a car and leading police on a chase, crashing into a patrol car.

He's been on parole and yesterday he walked into the Wendy's in Cicero, where he had worked, waving a gun around and threatening his former co-workers.

Barzee was wearing an ankle monitor, so police easily tracked him down and took him into custody, and recovered the gun.

He faces the following charges.

  • Criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (Class D Felony)
  • Criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree (Class A Misdemeanor)
  • Menacing in the second degree (Class A Misdemeanor)
  • Criminal possession of a firearm (Class E Felony)
