Syracuse, N.Y. - A woman is fighting for her life after being struck by a car in Syracuse
Wednesday night around 7:30, Syracuse police responded to the 400 block of James Street where they found the 56-year-old suffering from injuries to her head and legs.
She was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
Police say she was walking across the street when she was hit. The vehicle left the scene and police are looking for it and the driver.
