Syracuse , N.Y. - Syracuse Police have made an arrest connected to the murder in April of last year.
Back in April of 2022 Syracuse Police responded to a shots fired call on Hudson Street.
They found Josh Williams of Cicero, shot in the head. Williams later died at the hospital.
Another person who had a fight with Williams, Niheim Martin showed up at the hospital shot as well.
Martin recovered and now has been arrested for Williams's murder.
