Syracuse, N.Y. - State Senator John Mannion is looking to throw his hat into the ring to become the Democrats candidate to unseat Congressman Brandon Williams in New York's 22nd district
Manion who has been elected two times as State Senator said he will make his run official tomorrow in the Tipp Hill neighborhood where he grew up.
DeWitt Town Councilor Sarah Klee Hood has already announced she is running to be the nominee. This will be her second time looking for the nod from Democrat voters.
Clemmie Harris, a Professor at Utica University has also announced he's running for the nomination.
