Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have arrested a man in that fatal Memorial Day shooting.
31 year old Jauqwell Flagg of Syracuse is accused of shooting four people one of whom, 44 year old Demond Jones died.
The other three victims recovered from their wounds.
The 4 were among others gathered for a party in the 400 block of Bellevue Ave.
Flagg is facing second degree murder and a gun possesion charges
